My wife and I are accompanying my sister-and-brother-in-law to the Legg Mason Tennis Classic in D.C. today. There is potential for many complications. My brother and Kris just got here last night, we have to stop by Springfield to drop Stephen off at his Nana's, and then there's the dogs' schedule to worry about. Not to mention my lactating wife being in a crowd of people all day. I'm not even going to try to bring my camera. My camera can be pinned as "professional" from a mile away. I do not yet own any zoom lenses, which is mostly what they are worried about at sporting events, but I do not want to even take a small risk of complicating things.
