This is an old[er] picture that I came across and re-edited. This was taken in New Hampshire at Brookhirst Farm Bed & Breakfast. It is owned and operated by a married couple, and I remember the wife specifically using the word "cultivate" to describe her relationship with the moss on that patio. She watered and fertilized the moss to get this look:
