Greetings part 2

Greetings

Nothing makes Stephen happier than to see Chloe coming towards him.
Here he has his hand politely outstretched so she can sniff it.

Feeding Himself (sort of)
Jaime had a good idea to just let the video camera run while she fed Stephen the other night, and I could just edit it down. I took it from seven minutes in length to just under three minutes in length. It's still a bit too long. Stephen is attempting to feed himself pureed carrots with a spoon. If you get tired of watching it, skip to 2:35 when jaime grabs the camera again.

Scary Kitty

Not a great shot, but it gives the impression that my cat is evil.
(This is why I did not dare to use the flash on her)

Not So Patient After All

February 06, 2010
You can see the water sloshing around as he shakes it violently
When my wife took this, she immediately looked down at the camera (like we all do). When she
saw the picture, she cracked up, and Stephen responded with this face:

Are you laughing at... moi?

All Chloe ever wants to do is play. And she just snarls and play-bites the entire time.
Current Conditions (Manassas, VA)
Wow. That might be the worst conditions I've ever experienced. The weathermen nailed this prediction. Gusts up to 40mph that cause complete white-outs where you can't see more than ten feet.
I just took the dogs for the shortest walk of their lives. I couldn't feel my face after five minutes. I had to stop every minute or so when the wind kicked up and I couldn't see. The snow falling and blowing around feels like I'm literally being attacked by ice pellets. Glad that's over with.
Almost Got It!

Dogs and Snow
A huge snowstorm like this is hardest on the dogs. At first we really can't do anything except wade through snow that is taller than the dogs in an effort to find a place for them to pee. Eventually we can walk on the street but not the sidewalks. At least having dogs forces me to go out and shovel a few paths.
By this morning we were able to take a fairly normal walk, albeit on the streets. Here are some shots from yesterday when it was really hard for the dogs.

She wants to go outside and play in the snow, of course.

We've been outside about 90 seconds and Chloe is covered in snow.
