Queen’s New Perch
Well, I give up. Eight months in and Badger is officially an indoor cat. After spending ten years as a cat that would rarely even come inside, now she hangs out with us all day. She goes outside for about one hour a week but I don’t think she really leaves the front stoop. She’s good at being an indoor cat. We have owned Chloe and Badger together for over eight years, and until very recently they couldn’t be in the same room together without there being tension, hissing, barking, chasing. Now everyone is used to each other. The cat sleeps in our room with us and the two dogs. Never any flare-ups.
