Shuttle Discovery’s Fly-By

I don’t know if this is a national story, but around here it’s a big to-do. The first of the retired shuttles, Discovery, is making its final trek to the air and space museum’s Dulles location (about 15 minutes from here). It is strapped to a modified jumbo jet and is doing low passes at notable spots in the area. My wife works close to the Dulles airport and was able to snap this picture with her phone as the shuttle flew by less than an hour ago.
